Waiver

The use of the pitch it is on the understanding that the Club will accept responsibility for any damage to the pitch or fixtures thereof while they are using the pitch and for the conduct of the players.

The Academy accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury that may occur to:

· the hirer

· anyone using the facilities

This also covers the loss of any property belonging to anyone.

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this Waiver Form prior to agreeing.
